Meet Deanna Garber

A Las Vegas native, longtime real estate professional, wife, mom, and proud member of The Brooks Team at eXp Realty. Las Vegas has always been home for me, and I love helping others find their place here, too. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for the one that better fits your family, relocating to the Valley, or getting ready to sell and start a new chapter, my goal is to make the experience feel a little less overwhelming—and a lot more personal. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2005, but real estate wasn’t originally the plan! While earning my Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), I decided to get my real estate license. I quickly realized I had found something I truly loved, and I never looked back.

My hospitality background has shaped the way I approach real estate. I believe great service starts with listening. I take the time to understand what matters most to my clients, communicate clearly, and guide them through the process with patience, knowledge, and a little humor when needed. After more than two decades in the Las Vegas market, I’ve learned that no two clients, homes, or transactions are exactly alike—and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do. Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout Summerlin, Henderson, and the greater Las Vegas Valley. Being a Las Vegas native gives me a perspective on this city that goes beyond market statistics. I’ve watched our neighborhoods grow and change, and I understand what makes the different communities around the Valley special.

When I’m not working with clients, life is wonderfully busy. I’m a Den Leader for my son’s Cub Scout Pack and spend plenty of time chauffeuring my kids between football, baseball, drums, and dance. I squeeze in reformer Pilates whenever I can and also help manage my husband’s general contracting business. Between real estate, construction, kids, and family life, there’s rarely a dull moment—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. At the end of the day, real estate is about people, not properties. A home is where life happens, and buying or selling one often comes at an important turning point. I feel incredibly fortunate to help my clients navigate those moments.
